Primary Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in total project management related to estimating, scheduling, safety, operations & quality. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to manage a small project with weekly review/guidance from upper management. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in managing the risk in relation to job-site safety, owner contractual terms, city and/or county specifications, and other contractors that could be working on-site. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Recognize, identify, and prevent issues with safety, quality, and incidents on and around job sites and work areas. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Help coordinate the project schedule to ensure project milestones are met. Begin to plan work and schedule subcontractors, crews, and equipment. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work with suppliers and field supervision to coordinate material needs.  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work with estimators in pre-construction meetings with key supervisors in operations to assist in the productive progress of a project. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in facilitating all project controls, documentation, and procedures. Maintain current budgets and notify leaders of any budget impacts.  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work with more senior team members to facilitate change orders and close out documentation with clients. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Coordinate resources with other project managers, general superintendents, project engineers, etc.  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in documenting all project impacts in relation to the project schedule, budget, and plans.  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Begin to identify and rectify potential and actual project delays throughout the project. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage all job costs incurred during project to date and predict estimated costs on remaining production.  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage LCPR & Material Logs to account for FCAC.  </li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of two years of experience performing primary responsibilities listed above.  </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Background of technical skills and understanding of substation, transmission/distribution, and/or deep foundation drilling projects.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients. </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Understanding of obtaining permits, meeting owners’ contractual requirements (i.e. submittals, insurance/bonds, billing documents, close out documents, etc.), time keeping, progress reports, billing and collection, subcontracts, accounts payable, change orders, etc.</li> </ul> #LI-AG1 #LI-Onsite<div class="content-conclusion">All Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
