This role supports&nbsp;is ideal for a leader with a strong background in concrete, foundations, and heavy civil work.</p> <p>We are an <strong>IBEW contractor</strong>; however, <strong>this is not a lineman position</strong>, and <strong>no electrical work is performed</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise and support all field crew members, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers</li> <li>Oversee daily project operations and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget</li> <li>Develop site logistics plans and partner with the Project Manager on construction methods and sequencing</li> <li>Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget field activities</li> <li>Maintain strong working relationships with owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors</li> <li>Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations</li> <li>Read and interpret plans, specifications, and applicable DOT standards</li> <li>Coordinate subcontractor schedules, pump trucks, and material deliveries</li> <li>Inspect and verify receipt and quality of materials</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience on large-scale civil construction projects</li> <li>Strong knowledge of dirt work, concrete foundations, caissons, and/or vertical drilling</li> <li>Proven leadership and crew management skills</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules</li> <li>GPS knowledge</li> <li>OSHA 30-hour Card preferred</li> <li>IBEW membership is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Primary work includes concrete flatwork for substations, drilled shafts, and general civil/infrastructure projects</li> <li>Employment is subject to the terms of the applicable <strong>Collective Bargaining Agreement</strong></li> <li>All candidates must successfully complete a selection assessment and pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul> <p><strong>EOE/AA M/F/Disabled/Vet</strong><br>#LI-LM1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: center;"><em>All Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
