Primary Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage safety efforts on multiple projects with self-perform and subcontracted leadership and workforce developing metrics to measure project and contractor safety performance. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Direct management of subcontractor and contracted safety personnel. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in developing training and education presentations (both jobsite and classroom) for project, group and company focus. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with operations leadership to deliver consistent cultural message. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop long-lasting partnerships with customers by engaging them in project performance. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in facilitating group safety champions teams' process improvement initiatives. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build trust and respect with field personnel to promote open communication and influence adoption of new safety practices. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assess crews and conditions in the field to ensure work is performed safely. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete electronic documented site safety assessments and corresponding summary reports. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Meet/exceed individual and team scorecard metrics and be actively engaged in Keeley strategic planning and pillars. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify trends, patterns, and practices and advise management on problem resolution. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist project team to create project safety plans and assist in facilitation of pre-activity meetings. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct after action reviews of loss producing events and assist/lead RCA of severe events. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and maintain adequate supply of personal protective equipment for field employees. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Promote safety and health awareness through crew and one-on-one conversations. </li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor or Associates in occupational safety & health, safety management, or safety-related degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 5-7 years of safety related experience. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations and practices with emphasis in construction. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">History of safe personal practices and driving record. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">CSP, CIH, CHST, OHST, STS-C, ASP, CUSP, or similar certification preferred. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advanced communication and presentation skills. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with commercial construction preferred. </li> </ul> #LI-BM1 #LI-Onsite<div class="content-conclusion">All Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
