This position requires an expert-level understanding of Army enterprise systems and demonstrated capability in funds execution and programmatic analysis.</span></div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Financial Management &amp; Execution: <ul> <li>Accomplish and review funds execution activities to ensure compliance with appropriation law and DoD Financial Management Regulation</li> <li>Collect, analyze, and integrate obligation and disbursement reports from multiple data sources&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and review Obligation and Expenditure Plans for accuracy and alignment with program requirements</li> <li>Monitor budget execution and provide early warning of potential funding issues&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Systems Analysis &amp; Support: <ul> <li>Utilize GFEBS and LMP systems for transaction processing, data extraction, and financial reporting</li> <li>Analyze and resolve issues related to SAP FI and AM modules and GFEBS transaction codes</li> <li>Navigate LMP databases to extract logistics and financial data for program analysis</li> <li>Ensure data integrity across enterprise systems&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Program Analysis &amp; Reporting: <ul> <li>Manage, analyze, and report funding and programmatic data utilizing CCAR and PMRT suite</li> <li>Leverage ADVANA and Power BI to develop analytical products and executive dashboards</li> <li>Provide data-driven insights to support program decision-making</li> <li>Prepare briefings and reports for government leadership&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Collaborative Support: <ul> <li>Work closely with government financial managers, contracting officers, and program leadership</li> <li>Coordinate with functional leads across the FLRAA Project Office Support audits, data calls, and requirements from higher headquarters</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Clearance Required: Secret</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience</li> <li>Army Program Execution Experience – Demonstrated experience supporting Army acquisition or program management offices in budget formulation, funds management, and program execution</li> <li>Enterprise System Expertise – Current, verifiable working-level experience with: <ul> <li>Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) – software, databases, and system functionality</li> <li>General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) – SAP FI and AM modules, transaction codes, and financial reporting</li> <li>Contractor Cost Analysis Requirements (CCAR) – data management, analysis, and reporting within PMRT suite&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Recent Experience Required – All system experience must be current and verifiable with recent (within last 24 months) hands-on application</li> <li>Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms</li> <li>Experience with SAP transaction codes for Financials (FI) and Asset Management (AM)</li> <li>Working knowledge of Project Management Resource Tool (PMRT) suite of applications</li> <li>Familiarity with ADVANA and Power BI for data analytics and visualization</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field</li> <li>Experience supporting Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) or Army aviation programs</li> <li>Knowledge of Army acquisition processes and Defense Acquisition System</li> <li>Familiarity with Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) requirements</li> <li>Previous experience with major defense acquisition programs (ACAT I/II)</li> <li>Professional certification (e.g., DAWIA/ACQ Business FM, PMP, or equivalent)</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Application Deadline:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> 6/12/2026</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">#cjpost #LI-HYBRID</span></p> </div> </div> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>&nbsp;</p> <hr> <p><span style="font-size: 16px;">The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications.
