About the Role

<p>Maintenance / Facilities Technician</p> <p>Compensation: $25.80 - $36.80 hourly / $53,664 to $75,544 annually<br>Equity: Included<br>Location: El Segundo, CA<br>Work Policy: On-site<br>Level: Level 1<br>Environment: Lean manufacturing / factory buildout<br>Core KPI: Production uptime, preventive maintenance execution, and fast issue resolution</p> <p><strong>Company Overview</strong></p> <p>Rangeview is on a mission to build the foundry system that reindustrializes America. Through advanced software, deep automation, breakthroughs in materials science, and modern financing strategies, Rangeview rewrites both the cost curve and the power structure of making metal parts.</p> <p>As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of Rangeview’s physical infrastructure and operational uptime.&nbsp; You will ensure that our factory environment, utility systems, and facility assets operate safely and at peak efficiency to enable Rangeview’s vision of a modern manufacturing company.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive hourly compensation from $25.80 - $36.80/hr</li> <li>Equity, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>A hands-on role supporting the buildout of a modern aerospace manufacturing factory</li> <li>Exposure to advanced manufacturing, automation, industrial equipment, and production systems</li> <li>The chance to own real infrastructure and equipment problems, not just process work orders</li> <li>A lean, high-ownership environment where practical problem-solving and responsiveness matter</li> <li>Opportunity to grow with a factory as new equipment, systems, and production capacity come online</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute routine inspections and maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical distribution, utilities, and facility infrastructure</li> <li>Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment, automated machinery, and general facility infrastructure to minimize operational downtime.</li> <li>Assist with installation of new production equipment, workstations, utility connections, and factory infrastructure as Rangeview scales</li> <li>Document maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment issues to support accurate recordkeeping.</li> <li>Maintain facility-wide safety standards, including emergency lighting, eye-wash stations, first aid kits and similar.</li> <li>Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend practical improvements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems</li> <li>Experience supporting facility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, utilities, or electrical distribution.</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, floor plans, mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting skills combined with hand-on experience working with hand tools and power tools.</li> <li>Ability to communicate technical facility or equipment issues clearly with engineering, production, leadership, and outside vendors.</li> <li>Experience with Lockout/Tagout and general industrial safety protocols.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills / Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of PLCs, industrial controllers, sensors, motors, pumps, conveyors, compressed air systems, or automated equipment.</li> <li>Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or mobile maintenance/task-tracking platforms.</li> <li>Experience supporting new equipment installations and factory buildouts</li> <li>Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, aerial man-lifts, or similar industrial equipment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work full-time on-site in El Segundo, CA</li> <li>Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support urgent repairs, facility projects, equipment installs, or production needs.</li> <li>Must be comfortable standing for long periods, climbing ladders, crawling in confined spaces, bending, stretching, and working around industrial equipment.</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.</li> <li>Must follow all safety protocols and maintain awareness when working around active production environments.</li> <li>Rangeview is a DDTC-registered, ITAR-compliant business.
