Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Manage a book of business from existing clients</li> <li>Drive sales of environmental waste management, disposal, and other Triumvirate services to new and existing clients <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate routine services between customer and TEI. </li> <li>Cross-sell new, repeat, and reoccurring services to your assigned customer base. </li> <li>Assist your customers with key projects to help them stay in compliance. </li> </ul> </li> <li>Originate new business opportunities from referrals and networking. </li> <li>Learn and apply the Sandler Consultative sales methodology effectively. </li> <li>Act as a consultative trusted liaison between clients and internal teams, solving problems and coordinating services to meet client needs</li> <li>Coordinate job scope and proposal creation for new business.</li> <li>Collect purchase orders to ensure timely payment of invoices.  Additionally, assist in the collection of outstanding invoices</li> <li>Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention</li> <li>Qualify prospects, set appointments, and actively pursue new business opportunities</li> <li>Network within your customer's organization to build relationships and trust, producing referrals</li> <li>Deliver a "WOW" experience for both internal and external customers</li> <li>Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, competitors, and continuous improvement initiatives </li> <li>Assist with Service Recovery – triage and develop new procedures to prevent issues from recurring.</li> <li>Entertain customers as needed.</li> </ul> Basic Requirements:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field.</li> <li>2-5 years of experience in the environmental services industry or a related field with prior sales experience</li> <li>Demonstration of positive attitude, strong passion for sales, and a high level of motivation</li> <li>Must be a team player with a commitment to succeed</li> <li>Essential qualities include a strong focus on goals, creativity, organization, and excellent communication skills</li> <li>Experience in facilities management</li> <li>Proven track record of selling to healthcare, higher education, life sciences, or industrial clients</li> <li>Ability to attend client outings and networking events as needed</li> <li>Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship</li> <li>Must have a reliable form of transportation</li> <li>Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship  </li> <li>Must have a reliable form of transportation </li> </ul> Preferred Requirements:  <ul> <li>Prior experience working at Triumvirate Environmental</li> <li>Sandler Sales Training or similar sales training preferred </li> </ul> #LI-Onsite   Besides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more!    To learn more about our business, culture, and the exciting work that we are doing in the industry, find us on <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/triumvirate-environmental/posts/?feedView=all">LinkedIn, </a>Instagram (@triumvirateenvironmental), or our <a href="https://www.triumvirate.com/">website</a>!   Triumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
