<p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinated end-to-end ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time vessel departures.</li>
<li>Managed bills of lading (B/L), commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with carrier and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Prepared and provided required shipping documentation to support customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipper’s export declarations.</li>
<li>Coordinated international cargo movements for clients by managing documentation flow and shipment-related information across internal teams and overseas partners.</li>

<p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1–5 years of experience in ocean import operations, freight forwarding, or international logistics.</li>
<li>Ability to coordinate end-to-end ocean shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time vessel departures.</li>
<li>Experience managing bills of lading (B/L), commercial invoices, and packing lists in compliance with carrier and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to prepare and provide required shipping documentation to support customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipper’s export declarations.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating international cargo movements by managing documentation flow and shipment-related information across internal teams and overseas partners.</li>
<li>English and Korean bilingual preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.</li>

<p><strong><em>Pay</em></strong></p>
<p>The base salary range for this role is between $60,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p>
