Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><br>-Prepare and deliver accurate freight quotations for inland transportation services.<br>-Analyze cost structures, carrier rates, and operational data to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.<br>-Coordinate with carriers, agents, and vendors to obtain and validate up-to-date rate information.<br>-Support customers and partners by developing rate proposals and assisting with tender submissions.<br>-Maintain and regularly update pricing databases, rate sheets, and cost models.<br>-Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to adjust pricing strategies as needed.<br>-Ensure all quotes and pricing activities comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.<br>-Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to address pricing-related inquiries and support strategic decision-making.<br><br><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><br>-Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.<br>-1–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, or a related field (preferred).<br>-Solid understanding of international shipping processes and freight terms (e.g., Incoterms).<br>-Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.<br>-Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.<br>-Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.<br>-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with TMS, ERP systems, or pricing tools is a plus.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
