<p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations</li>
<li>Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments.</li>
<li>Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.</li>
<li>Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.</li>
<li>Korean & English bilingual</li>
<li>Experience in ocean import operations or international freight forwarding preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of ocean freight documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><em>Pay:</em> </strong>$24.04 - $28.85 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.</p>
