Location:  This position may be performed remotely, but requires the flexibility and willingness to travel as needed. The Opportunity The Senior Director, Trade & Distribution will lead execution of Praxis’ end-to-end trade and distribution strategy as the company advances toward commercialization. This role supports both rare disease and broader neurology launches, ensuring distribution, data, and partner ecosystems are operationally ready, compliant, and aligned to patient access and financial goals.  This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can translate strategy into execution, manage complexity across multiple workstreams, and drive launch readiness in a fast-moving
