About the Role

Associate Director, Marketing (HCP & Patient Strategy)  Location:  Remote with flexibility to travel as needed Position Summary  This role exists to support and strengthen brand strategy while leading high-impact execution across HCP and patient marketing for therapies addressing CNS disorders.  You will partner closely with the Brand Lead to translate strategy into action, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, coordinated across functions, and executed with speed and precision.  Success in this role means:  • Contributing meaningfully to brand strategy and planning  • Delivering exceptional execution across HCP and patient initiatives  • Driving measurable impact on HCP engagement and patient activation  Primary Responsibilities <ul> <li>Partner with the Brand Lead to inform and evolve brand strategy, bringing forward insights from market research, field feedback, and performance data</li> <li>Translate brand strategy into integrated HCP and patient marketing plans, ensuring alignment across the treatment journey</li> <li>Lead end-to-end execution of key marketing initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, on strategy, and on budget </li> <li>Drive cross-functional coordination across medical, patient services, market access, and field teams to enable seamless execution </li> <li>Analyze campaign performance and market dynamics to optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix </li> <li>Support and execute digital marketing strategy across HCP and patient channels, improving engagement and effectiveness </li> <li>Lead execution of patient-focused initiatives, including disease education and support programs that improve diagnosis and access </li> <li>Own operational excellence across key marketing programs (e.g., speaker bureau, congress execution), identifying inefficiencies and improving impact </li> </ul> Qualifications & Key Success Factors  Must-Have Capabilities • Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, supporting both strategy and execution across HCP and/or patient audiences  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into high-quality execution across multiple channels  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within a regulated environment  • Strong analytical skills—able to interpret data and recommend actions  • Experience in rare disease, specialty, or CNS/neurology preferred  What Success Looks Like at Praxis <ul> <li>You elevate strategy through insight – you don’t just execute, you make the plan better</li> <li>You own execution without dropping details – high standards, no hand-holding</li> <li>You connect HCP and patient efforts into a cohesive experience </li> <li>You proactively identify issues and solve them early </li> <li>You communicate clearly and directly, earning trust across teams</li> </ul> Compensation & Benefits At Praxis, we believe that taking care of our people (and their people) is important, so we provide a world class benefits package to help you thrive.  This includes 99% of the premium paid for medical, dental and vision plans.  We also provide company-paid life insurance, AD&D, disability benefits, and voluntary plans to personalize your coverage. Thinking about the future?  We match dollar-for-dollar up to 6% on eligible 401(k) contributions and sweeten the deal with long-term stock incentives and ESPP.  We provide a discretionary quarterly bonus, an extremely flexible wellness benefit, generous PTO, paid holidays and company-wide shutdowns.  Not to mention, you'll also be joining a phenomenal crew of colleagues who are smart, engaged and inspiring.  We aim high, collaborate hard, and produce results.  Let’s achieve the impossible together!      <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Annualized Base Salary</div><div class="pay-range">$187,000—$207,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">Company Overview  Praxis Precision Medicines is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company translating genetic insights into the development of therapies for central nervous system disorders characterized by neuronal imbalance.  At Praxis we share a common vision of reshaping the human condition into a more freeing and fulfilled existence by developing high impact medicines for patients and families affected by and living with complex brain disorders.  Our core Values of Trust, Ownership, Curiosity and Results are foundational to every aspect of our business and are exemplified by each and every one of our team members.
