We are headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a global presence across the United States, EMEA, and APAC.<br><br><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>This role is responsible for executing and scaling core People Operations processes across the U.S., with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and speed. It supports day-to-day people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, and compliance workflows, while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition on hiring coordination and onboarding readiness.</p> <p>The role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity in BambooHR, improving process efficiency, and ensuring audit readiness across areas such as I-9 verification, immigration tracking, and background checks. It also supports workforce reporting, performance cycle coordination, and continuous process improvements to enable faster, more consistent execution.</p> <p>By owning operational execution and reducing manual work and delays, this role helps minimize risk, improve data accuracy, and increase overall team efficiency—enabling leadership to focus on more strategic priorities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1236" data-local-id="19a857517f93">Own day-to-day People Ops execution across onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency in BambooHR</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1393" data-local-id="4fb9b20a0912">Maintain BambooHR data integrity through ongoing cleanup, audits, and updates to employee records, reporting lines, and documentation, with support from Sr. HRBP</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1559" data-local-id="b68a3af424f4">Support compliance workflows, including I9 verification, background checks, immigration tracking, required training, and audit readiness</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1699" data-local-id="482cb0c68964">Partner with Talent Acquisition to support offer generation, hiring coordination, and onboarding readiness, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1854" data-local-id="85e913a42bb9">Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reports with high accuracy and timely turnaround, with support from Sr. HRBPs</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1986" data-local-id="a50b6716e4bc">Coordinate performance review cycles in Lattice, ensuring timelines are met, completion rates remain high, and reporting is consistent, with guidance from Sr. HRBPs</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2154" data-local-id="0c897400ce4e">Support the rollout and execution of employee programs, including engagement surveys and learning &amp; development initiatives</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2281" data-local-id="0323e92ab1fe">Maintain and improve People Ops documentation, SOPs, and workflows to drive consistency and scalability across regions</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2403" data-local-id="ca107d401807">Act as a reliable operational partner to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and reduce delays across teams and time zones</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills / Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2561" data-local-id="38f582b329c3">1-2 year of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Coordination, or a similar operational role</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2667" data-local-id="63b6d42828de">Working knowledge of U.S. HR processes and compliance (onboarding documentation, I-9s, background checks), with a strong interest in building deeper expertise</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2835" data-local-id="4108622150e3">Experience using HR systems (e.g., BambooHR or similar) and maintaining accurate employee data</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2933" data-local-id="4ed444c1e669">Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information accurately</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3041" data-local-id="bffd015ab008">Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up consistently, and meet deadlines</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3148" data-local-id="73acd2e4d8f5">Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a focus on execution, responsiveness, and accuracy</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3257" data-local-id="d82fad8dda0e">Experience supporting onboarding, scheduling, coordination, or employee lifecycle processes</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3352" data-local-id="71949a7a0a63">Basic reporting or data tracking experience (Excel or Google Sheets proficiency preferred)</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3446" data-local-id="89317805723a">Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="3551" data-local-id="5c03ab5ab7e6">Demonstrated ownership and reliability, with a proactive approach to completing tasks and improving processes over time</li> </ul>
