About the Role

<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory to ensure the efficient and accurate tracking of all inventory-related activities. This role includes monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing procedures to optimize inventory control. The Inventory Control Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the balance between stock availability and minimizing excess inventory, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the company.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain precise inventory records and update data as needed.</li> <li>Utilize computer systems and digital tools effectively.</li> <li>Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks and audits.</li> <li>Perform cycle counting to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying and addressing underlying issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.</li> <li>Manage the receipt of materials and oversee quality checks.</li> <li>Address defective goods by coordinating returns and processing supplier credits.</li> <li>Assist with shipping products to customers and support other inventory-related tasks as needed.</li> <li>Previous experience with an ERP software</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.</li> <li>Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.</li> </ul> <p>Brennan Industries provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</p> <p>This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
