<p><strong>JOB FUNCTION:</strong></p>
<p>The Shipping & Assembly Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by accurately assembling products and preparing orders for shipment. This role ensures finished goods are assembled to specification, packaged correctly, and shipped on time while maintaining Brennan Industries’ standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.</p>

<p><strong>JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions, bills of material, and assembly specifications</li>
<li>Perform visual checks to ensure assembled products meet quality standards prior to shipment</li>
<li>Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Verify part numbers, quantities, and packaging requirements against shipping documents</li>
<li>Label, package, and stage products for shipment using appropriate materials and methods</li>
<li>Operate basic warehouse and shipping equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scales, and packaging equipment</li>
<li>Complete required shipping and assembly documentation accurately and timely</li>
<li>Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies</li>
<li>Follow all quality, safety, and operational procedures</li>
<li>Communicate issues related to shortages, damages, or assembly concerns to supervisors</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager</li>

<li>Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities</li>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team</li>
<li>Effective communication skills</li>
<li>Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious</li>
<li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a manufacturing environment</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma </li>
<li>Prior experience in shipping, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing environments </li>
</ul>
