About the Role

<p>JOB FUNCTION: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations across two buildings located at the same site. This role ensures efficient operations, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on-time order fulfillment. The Operations Manager drives process improvements, maintains a strong safety culture, and leads cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>JOB DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations across two on-site warehouse and distribution facilities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.</li> <li>Manage the customer service and billing department to enhance order processing, invoicing accuracy, and client satisfaction.</li> <li>Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.</li> <li>Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and maintain accuracy through cycle counts and audits.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety regulations, and industry standards.</li> <li>Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.</li> <li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams to support seamless logistics and customer fulfillment.</li> <li>Oversee facility maintenance, security, and warehouse equipment to ensure a safe and functional workplace.</li> <li>Promote a safety-first culture by ensuring adherence to all workplace safety procedures and regulations.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE &amp; SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership experience managing multi-department operations within warehouse and distribution environments.</li> <li>Proven ability to oversee operations across multiple facilities or operational areas.</li> <li>Proficiency in ERP Systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).</li> <li>10+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.</p></div><div class="title">Local Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$100,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$130,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
