font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Duties:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the annual budgeting process, partnering with department leaders to develop and consolidate departmental budgets.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the quarterly forecasting process, updating financial projections based on business performance, evolving assumptions and feedback from business units.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the company’s long-range financial plan, including scenario modeling to evaluate business opportunities and support strategic initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare and present monthly management reports to leadership, including performance dashboards, variance analyses and executive summaries.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated reporting packages—including P&amp;L, balance sheet and cash flow analyses—for presentation to executive management and the Board of Directors.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with business units to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support complex financial modeling for business ventures, revenue projections and product cost.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Utilize financial systems and data tools to improve FP&amp;A processes, including reporting accuracy and process efficiency (dashboard reporting, automation of processes, etc.).</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A, investment banking, consulting or corporate finance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, data analysis); experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP/SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) highly desirable.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of financial statements, underlying financial data, and performance metrics.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;
