This role involves working closely with finance, accounting, and other departments to optimize the company’s capital structure and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Duties:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Cash Management</strong>: Monitor daily cash positions, forecast cash flows, and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and strategic initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Investment Management</strong>: Analyze and recommend investment strategies to optimize returns while managing risk; liaise with investment managers or financial institutions as necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Banking Relationships</strong>: Assist in managing bank relationships; analyze product offerings and strategic fit, and support negotiations with banks and financial institutions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Equity Administration</strong>: Support equity administration processes, including analysis of equity transactions, reconciliation of equity-related activity, coordination with accounting and payroll, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with internal policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Reporting</strong>: Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, summarizing treasury activities, liquidity positions, and investment performance.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Policy Development</strong>: Assist in helping develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and control.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP) is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience in treasury or banking required.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail and organization skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and reporting and exercise critical thinking.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;
