You will own project delivery from initiation through to completion, managing scope, budgets, resources, timelines and client relationships to ensure exceptional outcomes for both customers and the business.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><u>Project Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent ICT projects</li> <li>Manage project scope, budgets, risks, timelines, and reporting</li> <li>Coordinate internal technical teams, software developers, and service delivery resources</li> <li>Run project kick-offs, client meetings, and stakeholder communications</li> <li>Track milestones, actions, issues, and project profitability</li> <li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard</li> <li>Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within ConnectWise PSA</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement through scalable processes and repeatable methodologies</li> </ul> <p><u>Planning &amp; Organising</u></p> <ul> <li>Manage competing priorities across multiple projects</li> <li>Maintain resource planning and utilisation across delivery teams</li> <li>Keep project documentation and customer deliverables current and accurate</li> </ul> <p><u>Relationship Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders</li> <li>Act as the primary escalation point for project delivery issues</li> <li>Understand customer challenges and proactively deliver solutions</li> <li>Communicate confidently across technical and non-technical audiences</li> </ul> <p><u>Delivery Success Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Ensure smooth project handovers to customers or managed services teams</li> <li>Manage customer expectations and resolve delivery challenges effectively</li> <li>Champion customer success throughout the project lifecycle</li> </ul> <p><u>Product &amp; Service Knowledge</u></p> <ul> <li>Develop strong knowledge of Lancom’s technology solutions and platforms</li> <li>Contribute to internal process and technical documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</li> <li>Minimum 4 years’ ICT Project Management experience, ideally within an MSP environment</li> <li>Preferred qualifications: Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, Agile, or CompTIA Project +&nbsp;Cloud certifications including AWS or Microsoft Azure</li> <li>Proven experience delivering complex technical projects to deadline and budget</li> <li>Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments</li> <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Highly organised with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible working arrangements – 2 days WFH</li> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Clear career progression pathways</li> <li>Exposure to meaningful, enterprise technology projects</li> <li>Supportive, collaborative team culture focused on growth and innovation</li> </ul>
