CareDx is looking for a SOX intern professional to be part of the team that oversees internal control over financial reporting (“ICFR”). This is an exciting and educational opportunity to assist with evaluating the Company’s SOX program and partner with functions across the company to ensure a strong environment for ICFR. This position reports to the Senior Manager, SOX Compliance, and is based in Brisbane, California. This is a long-term internship through the end of 2026, offering full-time hours during the summer (May–August) and flexible part-time hours for the remainder of the year. Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Document controls, processes and procedures related to SOX 404 compliance.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Update internal control documentation and assist internal and external auditors with controls walk-throughs.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Perform SOX testing for internal business process and IT controls.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist in ad hoc/special projects, as needed.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS or related area.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">A robust analytical skill-set. Advanced experience in Excel. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
