<p><strong>Your Role and Impact </strong></p>
<p>HYPR is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who cares deeply about building secure, high-quality software—and wants to work on problems that actually matter.</p>

<p>You’ll work on HYPR’s cyber security platform, used by Fortune 500 companies:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work with developers to understand product architecture and identify issues early.</li>
<li><strong>Automation Frameworks:</strong> Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks</li>
<li><strong>Code Quality:</strong> Develop automated test scripts and tools using Java, Python, or JavaScript.</li>
<li><strong>CI/CD:</strong> Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What you will do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You will break up complex features into clear, automatable tests and build testing solutions that scale well</li>
<li>You will test mobile and desktop applications, SaaS services, platform scalability and database migrations</li>
<li>Partner with engineering teams to enable our Continuous Delivery pipelines to have strong automated test coverage, stable environment setup/teardown, and reliable quality gates</li>
<li>You will learn new systems and integrations quickly and be able to communicate the challenges and advantages clearly</li>
<li>You will participate in the full development life cycle, adding your insights to requirements, designs and code reviews</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you have done</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study (Master's preferred)</li>
<li>Strong CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms</li>
<li>8+ years of automation experience</li>
<li>Experience working in a Continuous Delivery environment—frequent releases, automated testing gates, CI/CD pipelines, environment automation</li>
<li>Interest in or experience with AI-assisted development workflows, as HYPR is moving toward an AI-native engineering model</li>
<li>Experience with BDD/Selenium automation across mobile drivers, BrowserStack, or similar</li>
<li>Experience testing SaaS platforms or complex distributed systems</li>
<li>Experience with Git Flow and tools such as Gitlab, Artifactory and Jira</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of identity management systems, such as MS Entra or similar</li>
<li>Experience testing Windows and Mac desktop applications</li>
<li>Experience testing with virtual machines</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing</li>
