This role partners closely with Product Management, Product Design, Product Documentation, Engineering, QA, and Customer Support to ensure high‑quality outcomes and predictable delivery. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and thrives in fast‑paced Agile environments.</p> <h4><strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Minimum of 6 years of experience</strong> as a Product Owner&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience managing <strong>multiple products or a product portfolio</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban)</li> <li>Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Experience working with cross‑functional teams across geographies/time zones</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></h4> <h4><strong>Feature Backlog Ownership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own and maintain a <strong>prioritized, ordered product backlogs</strong></li> <li>Break <strong>epics into well</strong><strong>‑</strong><strong>defined user stories with Product Managers</strong></li> <li>Ensure all backlog items communicate <strong>clear user and business value</strong></li> <li>Define <strong>explicit acceptance criteria</strong></li> <li>Identify and manage <strong>inter</strong><strong>‑</strong><strong>team and cross</strong><strong>‑</strong><strong>product dependencies</strong></li> <li>Regularly <strong>prunes outdated, low</strong><strong>‑</strong><strong>value, or redundant backlog items</strong></li> </ul> <h4><strong>Sprints &amp; Schedules</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead <strong>backlog refinement (grooming) sessions</strong></li> <li>Actively participates in <strong>sprint planning</strong></li> <li>Answer <strong>scope and requirement questions in real time</strong> during development</li> <li>Maintain sprint focus and <strong>guards against scope creep</strong></li> <li>Review <strong>estimates, capacity, and schedules</strong> with product leadership</li> <li>Proactively <strong>escalate delays, risks, and blockers</strong> to Product and Engineering leadership</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Acceptance &amp; Quality</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Validate stories against <strong>defined acceptance criteria</strong></li> <li>Review completed work with <strong>Engineering and QA</strong></li> <li>Formally <strong>accept or reject stories</strong></li> <li>Capture learnings and outcomes to inform <strong>backlog reprioritization</strong></li> <li>Enable <strong>internal use</strong> initiatives (aka dogfood)</li> <li>Enable <strong>customer betas / external releases </strong>(test flight, beta mgmt.)</li> <li>Contribute to <strong>retrospectives on bugs and quality issues</strong>, including root‑cause analysis</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Delivery &amp; Go/No-Go Metrics</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Define <strong>release exit criteria</strong> and <strong>go/no</strong><strong>‑</strong><strong>go metrics</strong> in partnership with Engineering, Product, and Leadership</li> <ul> <li>Ensure <strong>end</strong><strong>‑</strong><strong>user documentation</strong> is drafted, reviewed, and ready for release, including how‑to guides, configuration steps, known limitations</li> </ul> <li>Ensure <strong>internal documentation</strong> is updated and current, including:</li> <ul> <li>Operational runbooks, Known issues. Escalation paths</li> </ul> <li>Ensure <strong>Customer Support enablement</strong>, including:</li> <ul> <li>Knowledge base (KB) articles, Feature overviews, Common questions. Known issues and workarounds</li> </ul> <li>Ensure <strong>release enablement assets</strong> are prepared and delivered, including:</li> <ul> <li>Release notes, feature flags, rollout and enablement instructions</li> </ul> </ul> <h4><strong>Tools &amp; Technology</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Agile and product management tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Backlogs are consistently prioritized, refined, and execution‑ready</li> <li>Delivery timelines are predictable and risks are surfaced early</li> <li>Releases meet defined exit criteria and go/no‑go metrics</li> <li>Quality issues decrease over time through clear acceptance and root‑cause learning</li> <li>Stakeholders have confidence in delivery and visibility across the product portfolio</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full Time Opportunity: Yes</li> <li><strong>The core meeting hours</strong> for this position are from <strong>2:00 PM to 6:00 PM</strong>. Attendance is required for meetings scheduled between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. These meetings may be attended remotely via Zoom. Outside of these scheduled meetings, working hours are flexible.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>This position is a hybrid role.</strong> Employees are required to work in the office <strong>a minimum of two days per week</strong>—specifically <strong>Tuesdays and Wednesdays</strong>.
