Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this individual will lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that improve sales productivity, accelerate revenue attainment, and ensure the success of our global sales organization.  This role goes beyond traditional enablement: the role will help set the vision, strategy, and operating rhythm for sales performance, drawing on deep expertise in technology, supply chain, and SaaS go-to-market motions.  Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Sales Performance Leadership <ul> <li>Define and execute a comprehensive sales performance strategy aligned to company revenue goals.</li> <li>Partner with CRO and executive leadership to establish priorities, quota setting, forecasting discipline, and operating cadences that drive consistent attainment.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Enablement & Readiness <ul> <li>Lead the development of scalable training, onboarding, and coaching programs that accelerate time-to-productivity.</li> <li>Drive adoption of sales methodologies, tools, and best practices that empower sellers to win in competitive markets.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Technology & Process Optimization <ul> <li>Own the selection, integration, and optimization of sales technology & AI (CRM, sales productivity tools, analytics).</li> <li>Streamline workflows across sales, marketing, customer success, and product to remove friction and improve speed-to-market.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Go-to-Market Strategy Execution <ul> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing campaigns, product positioning, and customer success objectives.</li> <li>Translate supply chain expertise into actionable strategies that differentiate project44 in a competitive SaaS
