<p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a Product Manager, TMS to support the evolution of project44’s Transportation Management System capabilities.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll help drive execution for the products and workflows that power how customers plan, assign, execute, and manage freight within project44’s platform.</p>
<p>This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work across complex stakeholder groups, and brings strong product judgment, customer empathy, and operational focus to the table.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<p><em>Product Execution</em></p>
<p>· Support the roadmap and execution for project44’s TMS capabilities</p>
<p>· Help define workflows that improve transportation planning, assigning, execution, and management</p>
<p>· Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, usable product capabilities</p>
<p><em>Customer Onboarding & Delivery</em></p>
<p>· Partner with customers and internal teams to support onboarding and implementation of TMS capabilities</p>
<p>· Gather customer feedback during onboarding and rollout to identify product gaps and improvement opportunities</p>
<p>· Help ensure TMS workflows are configured and delivered in a way that supports successful adoption</p>
<p><em>Customer-Focused Innovation</em></p>
<p>· Participate in customer discovery sessions to identify operational pain points and validate new opportunities</p>
<p>· Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and improvements</p>
<p>· Apply structured feedback loops to ensure the product solves meaningful customer problems</p>
<p><em>Cross-Functional Collaboration</em></p>
<p>· Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver end-to-end TMS experiences</p>
<p>· Communicate customer needs and product priorities clearly across teams and stakeholders</p>
<p>· Support alignment across internal teams involved in launching and scaling TMS capabilities</p>
<p><em>Execution & Delivery</em></p>
<p>· Balance day-to-day execution with continuous improvement in a fast-paced, agile environment</p>
<p>· Help prioritize work based on customer needs, business impact, and delivery readiness</p>
<p>· Support KPIs for adoption, reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p>
<p>· 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology · Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and supply chain workflows</p>
<p>· Experience working cross-functionally to deliver product capabilities in enterprise or SaaS environments</p>
<p>· Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into product improvements</p>
<p>· Technical fluency — understanding APIs, data flows, and system interoperability</p>
<p>· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</p>
<p>· Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments</p>
<p>· Bachelor’s degree required</p>

<p>· Ability to balance customer needs with scalable product development</p>
<p>· Experience with TMS platforms or transportation execution workflows</p>
<p>· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p>

<p>· Identify product improvements through customer feedback and implementation learnings</p>
<p>· Align TMS capabilities with project44’s broader platform direction</p>
