<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This role serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to market, department, and operational leaders, helping them navigate workforce planning, onboarding, performance support, employee relations, and organizational change with clarity, care, and accountability. In this role, leaders view you as a credible, trusted advisor, and people issues are addressed earlier—not later—so teams gain stronger clarity, consistency, and accountability. You handle employee relations matters thoughtfully, fairly, and effectively, while supporting growth and change without losing what makes Willmeng special. The right person is proactive and grounded, able to influence leaders with confidence so our leaders and teams feel supported, challenged, and aligned.</span></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3+ years of progressive HR experience (construction, skilled trades, or field-based environments strongly preferred).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong leadership coaching and relationship-building skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Sound judgment and confidence navigating employee relations and sensitive issues.</span></li>
