Success in this position will be achieved through attention to detail, safety, organization and the ability to exceed quality and on-time delivery goals.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manufacturing Test Technician 2 is the mid-range of the career series with 2-5 years of experience testing electronic and electro-mechanical products. font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintaining a safe, organized, clean and foreign object damage (FOD) free work area.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensuring all equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedule.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Actively contributing to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven record of success in hands-on assembly or test in a manufacturing environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent technical aptitude, written and oral communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and deal effectively with people at all levels.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
