This role ensures products are restored to current, compliant configurations that meet original functional, performance, and quality requirements.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The Repair Technician II applies technical expertise and independent judgment to identify failure modes, determine root cause, and define appropriate repair or upgrade pathways. This includes evaluating cost, turnaround time, and risk while executing repairs that reduce scrap, minimize rework, and protect delivery commitments and customer satisfaction.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Working under general direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Repair Technician II performs repairs using established tools, test equipment, and documented processes, while maintaining accurate records of findings, corrective actions, and final disposition.
