This role will work on-site at the plant and will provide assistance and support to&nbsp; all employees with HR-related questions as well as be the first impression for all visitors and guests.</p> <ul> <li>Monitor break room and office supply inventories, completing and organizing orders as necessary</li> <li>Manage the attendance call-in line, recording absences and updating timesheets appropriately, escalating attendance infractions to HR team for further action</li> <li>Respond to verifications of employment and other employment-related inquiries</li> <li>Maintain the HRIS on a regular basis by carefully reviewing and processing entries and employee changes</li> <li>Maintain various systems to enter new employees and archive inactive employees</li> <li>Create and post company and position updates throughout the plant</li> <li>Provide onboarding support to Sr. HR Coordinator including scheduling pre-employment appointments, sending background check requests, sending first day emails, and assisting candidates with challenges</li> <li>Maintain and update the company intranet with important updates and changes</li> <li>Assist with the planning and execution of company events</li> <li>Manage the lobby area including greeting new hires, candidates, applicants, visitors, etc.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to other department functions within the manufacturing plant as needed</li> <li>Act as a resource to employees throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination;
