Collect data for delays as they relate to production schedules</li> <li>Correctly carry out any required quality checks and constantly monitor the quality of the products through the manufacturing process.</li> <li>Operate all equipment as outlined in SOP, conduct set up and breakdown of equipment as required. Notify maintenance of mechanical problems and assist with basic troubleshooting.</li> <li>Cross-train to various positions within and possibly outside of the department.</li> <li>Move products manually or with assisted devices/equipment, following food safety and sanitary standards.</li> <li>Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures, carrying out duties following Good Manufacturing Practices and 5S practices, and being responsible for hygiene and housekeeping in a specified work area.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required.
