<div class="content-intro"><p>At Golden Pet Manufacturing, we are proud to be at the forefront of changing the future of pet food by creating the most nutritionally-dense, thoughtfully-sourced, and practical solutions to pet parents everywhere. <a href="https://www.goldenpetmanufacturing.com/">Watch our new company video to learn more!</a></p> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>We’re Looking For A(n):</strong> Sanitor Night Shift</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Seward, NE</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work safely, complying with all safety, quality and sanitation policies and procedures and proactively identify and report potential safety hazards so they can be corrected.</li> <li>Perform 7 steps of sanitation consistently, effectively and efficiently; manual cleaning of plant processing equipment, tools, containers and facilities; disassemble and assemble processing equipment.</li> <li>Perform sanitation duties as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).</li> <li>Remove product from equipment, tools and containers utilizing a water hose and industrial cleaners/sanitizers.</li> <li>Promote high quality team environment through effective teamwork and self-management with a positive attitude.</li> <li>Prioritize work daily by identifying pressing issues, through communication with direct team lead/supervisor and team members, knowing shift production plans and awareness of area.</li> <li>Understanding of microbiological and pest control programs as it pertains to sanitation in the food manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Ability to work with all teams at site on sanitation projects.</li> <li>Completing training materials on time as assigned. &nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be 18 years of age or older</li> <li>Willing and able to work and accept varying shifts and schedules</li> <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision</li> <li>Ability to plan work daily, work independently and be a self-starter and a highly motivated individual</li> <li>Ability to work with a team and effectively interact with other departments.</li> <li><strong>1</strong> year cleaning/sanitizing equipment in food manufacturing environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Lift to 60 pounds, climb stairs, kneel, stoop, sit, walk extensively throughout a 10 - 12-hour shift</li> <li>This position will be required to work frequently indoors in a cooled sanitary&nbsp;environment with temperatures 45 degrees or below.</li> <li>Frequently around loud production equipment.</li> <li>Chemical hazards; abrasive chemicals</li> <li>Slip, trip and fall hazards due to water, chemical and product on the floors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Golden Perks &amp; Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive healthcare coverage – We cover <strong>100% of premiums</strong> for medical, dental, and vision plans for employee-only plans.</li> <li>Through our charity sponsorships, you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide.
