Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">Manage incoming and outgoing shipments.<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Implement proper storage and labeling systems to minimize loss or misplacement. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, repacking, shipping).<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Monitor productivity and set performance targets.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory.<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Create work schedules and assign tasks.<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Monitor employee performance and enforce company policies.<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment.&nbsp;<br></span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in:<br> <ul> <li>Warehouse operations</li> <li>Manufacturing logistics</li> <li>Production support logistics</li> <li>Industrial operations</li> </ul> </li> <li>5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required</li> <li>Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments</li> <li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WMS, scanners, tablets)</li> <li>Bilingual in Korean and English is required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Additional Benefit</em></strong></p> <p>Relocation assistance will be provided to eligible applicants.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Pay</em></strong></p> <p>The base salary range for this role is between $70,000-$95,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
