Overall Warehouse Operations Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee and optimize the overall operations of both warehouses (battery materials and resin)</li> <li>Manage and improve inbound, outbound, inventory, storage, and shipping processes</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. Inventory Control and Accuracy</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories</li> <li>Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Safety and Regulatory Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with safety standards for battery materials (including DG) and chemical products (resin)</li> <li>Adhere to OSHA and other regulatory requirements, and support internal and external audits</li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Customer and Cross-functional Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Communicate with Ultium Cells and LG Chem regarding operational matters</li> <li>Collaborate with internal departments such as production, procurement, and transportation</li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Workforce and Team Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation</li> <li>Develop workforce planning to improve operational efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>6. KPI and Performance Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish and monitor logistics KPIs (inventory accuracy, OTIF, production support rate, etc.)</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement based on performance analysis</li> </ul> <p><strong>7. Cost Management and Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Control warehouse operating costs and identify cost-saving opportunities</li> <li>Improve operational efficiency through process enhancements</li> </ul> <p><strong>8. Systems and Data Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage WMS and other logistics systems and ensure data accuracy</li> <li>Support data-driven decision-making</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p> <p data-start="117" data-end="269">The qualifications for the Warehouse Manager overseeing both the Ultium Cells battery material warehouse and the LG Chem resin warehouse are as follows:</p> <p data-start="271" data-end="304"><strong data-start="271" data-end="302">1. Education and Experience</strong></p> <ul data-start="305" data-end="659"> <li data-section-id="w1yj8x" data-start="305" data-end="418">Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field</li> <li data-section-id="oirtug" data-start="419" data-end="493">Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations</li> <li data-section-id="1f6ouib" data-start="494" data-end="580">Proven experience managing multiple warehouses or large-scale distribution centers</li> <li data-section-id="1g3wpgl" data-start="581" data-end="659">Experience in the battery, chemical, or manufacturing industries preferred</li> </ul> <p data-start="661" data-end="709"><strong data-start="661" data-end="707">2.
