The focus is simple: build real connection with homeowners and turn that connection into long-term customers and members.</div> <div class="x_elementToProof">A core part of this role is leading the execution of marketing and activations behind Emergency Air’s major partnerships, including the Arizona Cardinals, Arizona Diamondbacks, and other high-profile local relationships. This includes managing campaigns, coordinating and running activations on the ground, capturing content, and ensuring the brand shows up consistently across every touchpoint.</div> <div class="x_elementToProof">You will be responsible for executing local marketing campaigns and partnership activations end-to-end, ensuring strong in-market presence and measurable impact.</div> <div class="x_elementToProof">You will report directly to the local General Manager and collaborate closely with the corporate marketing team, including Brand, Media, Content, Customer Marketing, and Creative, to ensure marketing campaigns, partnerships, and community activations align with company goals and brand standards.</div> <div class="x_elementToProof">Success in this role is measured by lead generation, membership growth, partnership engagement, and overall market brand awareness.</div> <div class="x_elementToProof">&nbsp;</div> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>Field Marketing &amp;
