HighRadius has been consistently recognized as a <a href="https://www.highradius.com/resources/analyst-reports/">market leader</a> by Gartner, IDC, and Forrester.</p> <h4><strong>Role Overview</strong></h4> <p>The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) for Autonomous AI is a strategic hybrid of technical architect, advisor, and hands-on consultant.The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) sits at the intersection of sales and technology, owning the front-end of the revenue cycle for HighRadius's Autonomous AI platform. You will partner directly with Account Executives to drive and close enterprise deals — leading discovery, crafting compelling solution narratives, and delivering value-based demonstrations that convert prospects into customers. As the primary technical sales authority in the room, you will build executive-level credibility with CFOs and finance leaders, architecting tailored solutions that map directly to measurable ROI and business outcomes. This is a quota-influencing role where your ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value will be critical.</p> <h4><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></h4> <h4><strong>Autonomous Solution Architecture &amp; Value</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead technical discussions with potential clients, helping them move from simple automation to advanced AI that helps them make better decisions and scale their operations.</li> <li>Design tailored solutions that map autonomous agent capabilities to specific customer ROI drivers, such as DSO reduction and working capital optimization.</li> <li>Create custom technical solutions that help customers reach their financial goals, like improving cash flow or reducing late payments.</li> <li>Build clear business cases and financial models that demonstrate actual financial gains and productivity improvement using our solution.</li> <li>Act as a subject matter expert, translating field-level AI challenges into strategic influence over the HighRadius agentic platform roadmap.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Sales and Deal Strategy</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle by developing comprehensive opportunity plans with Account Executives and driving rigorous execution to exceed sales targets.</li> <li>Partner with Marketing to refine value propositions and lead-generation messaging, ensuring alignment with customer automation needs and the competitive landscape.</li> <li>Develop and present sophisticated cost-benefit ROI models and conduct technical maturity assessments to define long-term account strategies and product roadmaps.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and sustained customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>AI Innovation &amp; Field Validation</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Work directly with key customers to demonstrate existing and new AI features, with custom workflows leveraging real-time client data.</li> <li>Drive structured feedback loops to Engineering and Product teams to harden the agentic platform based on field-validated insights.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, Solution Selling, or Consulting within a quota-bearing environment; experience selling to the Office of the CFO is highly preferred.</li> <li>Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS and a deep aptitude for technical business conversations with both IT and finance stakeholders.</li> <li>Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for executive audiences and provide technical specifications to Engineering.</li> <li>Demonstrated high agency and the ability to operate autonomously in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.</li> <li>Adequate technical knowledge of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).</li> <li>Strong domain expertise in Finance (CFO office), with a solid understanding of ERP systems and Order-to-Cash processes.</li> <li>Experience in technical consulting or pre-sales, with a knack for building ROI models.</li> <li>MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree with significant relevant work experience (2+ years) will be considered.
