About the Role

<h3><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong></h3> <p>Are you a Payments industry expert who loves working with complex financial workflows and advising companies on payment gateway connections with processors and banks? HighRadius is looking for a <strong>Digital Transformation Principal</strong> to champion our Payments Automation solutions.&nbsp;</p> <p>In this highly strategic, pre-sales role, you will bridge the gap between complex B2B payments technology and executive-level business value. You will partner with Fortune 1000 CFOs to diagnose their current payment friction points and design modern, automated digital transformation strategies.</p> <h3><strong>Your Day-to-Day:&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Discovery:</strong> Conduct deep-dive operational assessments to uncover friction in a prospect’s current B2B payment ecosystem (e.g., high interchange fees, manual cash application, cross-border and multi-currency complexities) and map them to HighRadius solutions with their corresponding value propositions.</li> <li><strong>Value Engineering:</strong> Build and present compelling business cases, ROI models, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses to justify technology investments to finance executives.</li> <li><strong>Executive Demonstrations:</strong> Deliver powerful, tailored product demonstrations to the Finance departments of enterprise-level clients, up to the CFO.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative Strategy:</strong> Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to architect scalable digital payment transformation roadmaps.</li> <li><strong>Product Management Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate with Product Management and Strategy teams to influence the product roadmap based on real-world prospect feedback and emerging trends in the Payments industry.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You'll Need to be Successful:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Payments Domain Expertise:</strong> Deep knowledge of the B2B payments landscape, including merchant acquiring, credit card processing (interchange optimization, Level 2/3/CEDP data), direct debit (ACH, SEPA, Bacs, BECS, etc.), alternative payment methods, digital wallets, real-time payments (RTP), and global payment gateways.</li> <li><strong>Pre-Sales / Consulting Experience:</strong> Proven track record in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or tech-focused Management Consulting role, ideally selling into the Office of the CFO&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Executive Presence:</strong> Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust and sustain strategic relationships with C-suite executives.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Ability to translate complex technical workflows and solutions into quantifiable business value (ROI) and easily understandable customer-facing presentations.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/financial field.</li> <li><strong>Travel:</strong> Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% to meet with enterprise prospects.</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Performance-based bonus or commission (for eligible roles)</li> <li>Competitive benefits, 401 (k) matching plan, and wellness resources</li> <li>Opportunity to earn stock options for top-performers</li> <li>Paid parental leave</li> <li>Paid company &amp; flex holidays</li> <li>ZINGy environment: quarterly events, team outings, and MORE!</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>#LI-ONSITE</p>
