About the Role

<p></p> <div> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented&nbsp;<strong>Quality Assurance (QA) Administrator</strong> to support our QA department in maintaining compliance and data integrity. This role is responsible for managing documentation, maintaining databases, recording inspection results, and coordinating audits—all while adhering to established GMP processes and procedures.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Documentation Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Organize, scan, and archive GMP-related documents</li> <li>Maintain accurate records for: <ul> <li>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li> <li>Quality Control (QC) documentation</li> <li>Equipment and calibration logs</li> <li>Non-Conformance reports</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Quality Assurance Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Assist with <strong>Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)</strong> processes</li> <li>Support non-conformance investigations and audit activities</li> <li>Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Data Entry &amp; Reporting</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Enter inspection and calibration data into internal systems</li> <li>Generate and maintain quality reports and metrics</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Audit Coordination</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Help schedule and prepare internal and external audits</li> <li>Maintain and update SOPs and related documentation</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Material Control</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Track and manage inventory of quarantined materials</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide general QA support and perform other duties as needed</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What You Bring</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Experience in a QA, manufacturing, or regulated environment is a plus</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Technical Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong> (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred but not required</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Core Competencies</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Additional Skills &amp; Abilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals</li> <li>Able to write routine reports and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret various types of instructions (written, verbal, or diagram-based)</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Regularly required to sit and perform computer-based work</li> <li>Frequently required to communicate (talk and hear)</li> <li>Occasionally required to: <ul> <li>Stand, walk, or reach</li> <li>Use hands for handling or operating equipment</li> <li>Bend, kneel, crouch, or climb as needed</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ability to lift/move up to <strong>25 pounds occasionally</strong></li> <li>Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Collaborative and quality-driven work environment</li> <li>Opportunity to gain experience in GMP and regulated industries</li> <li>Career growth potential within Quality and Operations</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Pay wage: $19.00 / Hour</li> <li>Competitive compensation, including Annual Bonuses &amp; Merit Increases &nbsp;</li> <li>11 paid Holidays</li> <li>Generous Paid Time Off - Accrues at a rate of 4 weeks per year to start</li> <li>Paid Volunteer Time Off</li> <li>Paid Parental Leave</li> <li>Excellent Benefits Package for Full Time Employee that starts the 1<sup>st</sup>&nbsp;of the month after 30 days of hire date including:</li> <ul> <li>Medical,&nbsp;Dental,&nbsp;Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, Flex Spending, Accidental Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance &amp; Legal insurance</li> </ul> <li>Retirement Planning - 401(k) plan including Discretionary Company Match</li> <li>Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 a year</li> <li>Employee Referral Program</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><em><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Multiquip provides competitive pay and benefits and supports our employees through our values of safety, integrity and respect.</span></em></span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><em><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Employment is subject to pre-employment physical, drug-screening and background investigation.
