Production Operations</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Operate electrostatic painting equipment, adjusting switches, dials, and flow controls.</li> <li>Set and monitor pressure gauges, paint flow, and spray patterns.</li> <li>Adjust booth temperature and paint tank thermostats as needed.</li> <li>Prepare parts for paint (plugging, taping, cleaning).</li> <li>Hang parts using correct hooks and spacing; de‑hang and stack finished parts safely.</li> <li>Inspect coated parts for defects such as runs, sags, and unpainted areas.</li> <li>Correct coating flaws by adjusting valves, flow rates, and spray patterns.</li> <li>Clean paint booths, spray heads, hoses, hooks, grids, and surrounding areas.</li> <li>Mix paint to specifications using a viscometer;
