We started with voice — the hardest and most valuable channel in insurance — and are now expanding into full workflow automation across sales, servicing, and claims. Our long-term vision is to build reasoning agents capable of handling the entire spectrum of insurance carrier and broker operations. We've raised $72M to date, including a $50M Series B in October 2025, backed by top-tier venture firms.</p> <h3 data-start="438" data-end="458">About the Role</h3> <p data-start="783" data-end="1257">As the Principal Product Manager, you will be a key leader on the product team, owning major platform domains, driving strategic vision, and enabling the company to scale from early-stage to high-growth enterprise adoption. You will work closely with senior leadership, customers, engineering, design, deployment, and go-to-market teams to define and execute on product strategies that differentiate our AI agent platform in the market and deliver measurable business value.</p> <h3 data-start="1259" data-end="1287">In this role, you will</h3> <ul data-start="1288" data-end="2480"> <li data-start="1288" data-end="1483"> <p data-start="1290" data-end="1483">Define the long-range product vision and roadmap for a significant platform pillar of our AI agent offering — guiding ideas from concept through market launch, adoption, iteration, and scale.</p> </li> <li data-start="1484" data-end="1709"> <p data-start="1486" data-end="1709">Engage and partner with strategic enterprise customers (including Fortune 500 and high-growth startups) to deeply understand their needs, influence product direction, and secure product/market fit in regulated industries.</p> </li> <li data-start="1710" data-end="1931"> <p data-start="1712" data-end="1931">Translate high-level strategy into clear, compelling product requirements and success metrics; work across engineering, design, deployment, and go-to-market to deliver robust, scalable, and enterprise-grade solutions.</p> </li> <li data-start="1932" data-end="2143"> <p data-start="1934" data-end="2143">Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and rigorous measurement frameworks for agent performance, business impact (ROI), compliance, and trust; drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.</p> </li> <li data-start="2144" data-end="2348"> <p data-start="2146" data-end="2348">Serve as the product champion, influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders; articulate trade-offs, ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and escalate appropriately to remove obstacles.</p> </li> <li data-start="2349" data-end="2480"> <p data-start="2351" data-end="2480">Mentor and coach other product managers, share best practices, and help build a high-performing product organization as we scale.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2482" data-end="2529">Your background looks something like this</h3> <ul data-start="2530" data-end="3429"> <li data-start="2530" data-end="2682"> <p data-start="2532" data-end="2682">8+ years of product management experience (or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years as a PM in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, or deeply technical domains.</p> </li> <li data-start="2683" data-end="2856"> <p data-start="2685" data-end="2856">Proven track record of shipping complex, enterprise-grade, data-driven or AI-driven products (ideally in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or finance).</p> </li> <li data-start="2857" data-end="3041"> <p data-start="2859" data-end="3041">Strong technical acumen — you can engage confidently with engineers and architects about APIs, data models, system architecture, integrations, security and compliance requirements.</p> </li> <li data-start="3042" data-end="3175"> <p data-start="3044" data-end="3175">Demonstrated ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and influence senior leaders and stakeholders across functions.</p> </li> <li data-start="3176" data-end="3302"> <p data-start="3178" data-end="3302">Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments and driving clarity, prioritization, and execution.</p> </li> <li data-start="3303" data-end="3429"> <p data-start="3305" data-end="3429">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="3431" data-end="3460">Even better if you have</h3> <ul data-start="3461" data-end="3941"> <li data-start="3461" data-end="3558"> <p data-start="3463" data-end="3558">Experience with AI/ML platforms, contact center systems, or enterprise integrations at scale.</p> </li> <li data-start="3461" data-end="3558">Experience with Voice AI</li> <li data-start="3559" data-end="3679"> <p data-start="3561" data-end="3679">Prior involvement in a startup or early-stage company that grew rapidly, helping define product direction and scale.</p> </li> <li data-start="3680" data-end="3848"> <p data-start="3682" data-end="3848">Familiarity with working in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, finance) and creating products with trust, transparency, oversight and compliance baked in.</p> </li> <li data-start="3849" data-end="3941"> <p data-start="3851" data-end="3941">Master’s degree or additional advanced study in a technical domain (optional, but a plus).</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="3948" data-end="4122">If this aligns with your ambitions and you’re excited to lead at the intersection of AI, enterprise software and regulated market transformation — we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p><em><strong>Salary Range: $180,000 to 245,000</strong></em></p> <h3><strong>Benefits:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Competitive salary with equity options</li> <li>Flexible PTO</li> <li>401(k) plan</li> <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage</li> <li>Collaborative and innovative company culture</li> </ul>
