In this role, you will design and build dimensional data models and semantic layers that power business intelligence across the organization. You will develop efficient ELT pipelines and transformation workflows using Workato, collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve data challenges, and help integrate GenAI-powered capabilities into our data workflows and agentic systems.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Key responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and build dimensional data models and semantic layers for business intelligence.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop efficient ELT pipelines and transformation workflows using Workato.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to understand data pain points and develop solutions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Optimize analytical workflows to improve productivity through macros and packages.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop frontend analytics to support data-driven decision-making.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive Data Governance initiatives by suggesting ideas to strengthen processes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support operational needs of various business units.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and integrate GenAI-powered capabilities into existing and future data workflows and agentic systems.</span></li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Requirements</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to commit for at least 6 months.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Good understanding of Database concepts such as ERD.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Intermediate SQL skills (e.g., Join, CTE, and window functions).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in building frontend analytics using Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma Computing).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with building data pipelines using ELT scripts in any language is a plus.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in using data warehouses like Snowflake is a plus.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong interest in GenAI, agentic workflows, and the intersection of AI and analytics.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Claude Code , Cursor, Codex is a plus.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Fast mover, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Thoughtful team player, keen learner with a “can do” attitude and growth mindset.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job Req ID: 2600</strong></span></p>
