With at least 1 year in house. A combination of agency and in house experience is strongly preferred.</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A background in <strong>high-growth SaaS or tech</strong> — this is a must; you'll need to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with an ATS (we use <strong>Greenhouse</strong>)</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">The kind of consultative, relationship-first approach that earns trust with both candidates and business partners</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do; you spot the gap and fill it</li> <li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball</li> </ul> <p><strong>(REQ ID: 2634)</strong></p>
