font-size: 10pt;"><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW</strong></span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The <strong>High School Leadership Manager </strong>collaborates with BGCP staff at the Forest and the other sites serving high school students, including our East Palo Alto Clubhouse and school campus-based programs, and external partners to create and execute Character and Leadership Programs focused on creating leadership opportunities for high school students within the <strong>Redwood City Clubhouse</strong> (Forest High School Center) and the community.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p> <h4><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Teen Staff Operations</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the day-to-day operations of the Teen Staff program, including onboarding, scheduling, timesheet support, training coordination, and ongoing supervision</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate monthly professional development sessions for Teen Staff</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support Teen Staff in building workplace readiness, leadership, communication, and professional skills</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead the implementation of Character &amp; Leadership Development programs and initiatives</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support and advise Keystone Leadership Officers and other teen leadership groups</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate leadership activities including Youth of the Year, Torch Club, community service projects, and civic engagement initiatives</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop culturally relevant programming and activities that support teen growth, identity development, and leadership skills</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Plan and facilitate monthly workshops, panels, forums, and critical dialogue sessions focused on leadership, civic responsibility, workforce readiness, and social issues impacting youth</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support Keystone in maintaining at least 15 active members with strong year-over-year retention</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support Keystone members in leading at least four large-scale community service projects annually</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
