Expanding globally, the bank utilizes advanced data analytics and AI-powered platforms to offer customized and sustainable financial solutions to its international clientele.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts that replicate business workflows across trading, settlement, accounting, and risk management processes</li> <li>Maintain and enhance the CATT testing framework to support platform patches, upgrades, and client configuration changes</li> <li>Execute regression testing cycles, analyze test failures, and report defects to development and functional consulting teams</li> <li>Support major Calypso version upgrades and release validation activities, ensuring regression coverage and minimizing production risks</li> <li>Collaborate closely with technical and functional stakeholders to validate workflows and ensure testing accuracy across integrated systems</li> <li>Validate data persistence and operational results through database analysis and SQL queries</li> <li>Support testing activities related to Trade Workflow and Transfer Workflow processes within Calypso</li> <li>Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives related to automated testing and QA processes</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Calypso CATT (Calypso Automated Test Tool)</li> <li>Advanced understanding of CATT components including Data Providers, Variable Sets, Assertions, and automated workflow validation</li> <li>Solid Java development knowledge to extend testing capabilities beyond native CATT functionality</li> <li>Strong SQL experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases</li> <li>Deep understanding of Calypso architecture, including Engines, Services, and Event Configurations</li> <li>Experience supporting automated regression testing for Calypso implementations, upgrades, or production support initiatives</li> <li>Familiarity with financial products and trade lifecycle processes including Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX, and Money Markets</li> <li>Strong understanding of Back Office operations including Settlement, Confirmations, and Accounting flows</li> <li>Experience working with Trade Workflow and Transfer Workflow configurations within Calypso</li> <li>Ability to analyze complex functional and technical issues in Capital Markets environments</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience supporting Calypso upgrades from legacy versions (e.g., v14 to v17+)</li> <li>Previous experience within Capital Markets QA automation initiatives</li> <li>Exposure to CI/CD or automated testing integration frameworks</li> <li>Experience collaborating with global delivery and support teams</li> </ul> <h3>Language level</h3> <ul> <li>Intermediate English</li> <li>Intermediate-to-advanced Spanish communication skills required</li> </ul> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
