Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <p></p> <h3>What You’ll Do:</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders</li> <li>Identify AI and automation opportunities across business functions</li> <li>Assess use cases based on business value, feasibility, data readiness, and implementation effort</li> <li>Prioritize initiatives and recommend implementation sequencing</li> <li>Define practical AI adoption roadmaps</li> <li>Establish use case intake, evaluation, and prioritization frameworks</li> <li>Support creation of AI governance processes and operating principles</li> <li>Align AI initiatives with business objectives and organizational priorities</li> <li>Define and lead AI Proof of Value (PoV) and pilot initiatives</li> <li>Validate assumptions, data availability, and expected business outcomes</li> <li>Coordinate architects, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders</li> <li>Measure results and provide recommendations for scaling, adjusting, or stopping initiatives</li> <li>Work directly with business and technology leaders</li> <li>Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives</li> <li>Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to both executive and operational stakeholders</li> <li>Build alignment across business, technology, and delivery teams</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>What You Bring:</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in AI, Data &amp; Analytics, Digital Transformation, Product Management, or Technology Consulting</li> <li>Experience identifying, evaluating, and delivering AI or automation use cases</li> <li>Strong understanding of business process improvement and operational efficiency</li> <li>Working knowledge of modern AI and data platforms (Azure, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft AI ecosystem, or similar)</li> <li>Experience facilitating workshops and engaging directly with business stakeholders</li> <li>Ability to assess both business value and technical feasibility</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>Nice to Have:</h3> <p></p> <ul> <li>Experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, operations, or other process-intensive industries</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP, CRM, reporting, and enterprise business systems</li> <li>Understanding of data governance, compliance, and AI adoption challenges</li> <li>Exposure to RPA, workflow automation, and AI-assisted business processes</li> </ul> <p></p> <h3>English level:</h3> <p>Intermediate+</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
