Corporate Recruiter at Guardsquare

<p><strong>Summary</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Guardsquare is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join the Talent team in Leuven.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this role you’ll be responsible for filling our open positions at a variety of levels by steering the entire hiring process; </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br><br></span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create job announcements.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Interview candidates (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with Marketing and oversee internal and external recruitment communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on LinkedIn and social media).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Participate in hiring events such as job fairs and network events.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage collaboration with external recruitment agencies.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help maintaining recruitment and ATS best practices and optimizing hiring processes.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have a degree in a relevant field (HR, Communications, ...) and/or have equivalent experience.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have few years of experience in a similar position.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have experience hiring from Junior to Senior and Management level profiles, preferably across all departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&amp;D, ...).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A first experience hiring technical professionals such as IT/Computer Science Engineers is a big plus.&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have outstanding communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
