About the Role
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>The Opportunity<br></strong></span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We’re looking for a commercially driven Channel Development Executive who knows how to build, scale, and activate a partner ecosystem.</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This role combines hunting for new strategic partners with structuring and growing an existing network across EMEA. You’ll work with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to create a high-performing, revenue-generating partner channel.</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">If you’re someone who combines sales drive with structure, and enjoys turning partnerships into real business impact—this is your role.</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Identify, attract, and onboard new partners across EMEA (distributors, resellers, system integrators)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Build and manage a portfolio of partners</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop and execute partner business plans focused on revenue growth and pipeline generation</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Enable partners through training, positioning, and joint go-to-market activities</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Drive co-selling motions and support partners in closing deals</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Bring structure to the partner ecosystem: segmentation, performance tracking, and optimization</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Monitor and grow partner-driven revenue and pipeline</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Act as the key link between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product)</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">A highly commercial profile with a strong focus on revenue and results</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally starting in direct sales and evolving into a partner/channel role</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">At least 2–3 years of experience managing partners or channel ecosystems</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven ability to hunt for and onboard new partners</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience managing a portfolio of partners </span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of channel dynamics in SaaS / software environments</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Structured, organized, and able to build scalable partner frameworks</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages such as French are a plus)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience across EMEA markets is highly relevant</span></li>
