You’ll own the full student journey — from the very first phone call to enrollment day — and you’ll do it with urgency, warmth, and a relentless drive to hit your goals. <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings — and bring genuine enthusiasm to every interaction</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Assess each student’s goals and eligibility, then champion the program that fits them best</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs — outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios — because you hold yourself to a high standard</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Follow up with persistence and care — life gets in the way for students; you don’t let a good fit slip through the cracks</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community events with the energy and pride of someone who truly believes in what we offer</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are</h2> We’re not just looking for someone who can do this job.
