<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">About the Role</span></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Aviation Institute of Maintenance is looking for an Admissions Representative who is passionate about education, motivated by results, and genuinely invested in the success of every student they work with. This is not a passive role. It requires someone who takes initiative, stays organized under pressure, and brings consistent energy to a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Based at our Indianapolis campus near Indianapolis International Airport, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students exploring AIM’s FAA-approved aviation maintenance technician programs. Your ability to build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and follow through with urgency will directly determine your impact — and your results.</span></p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Key Responsibilities</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings — responding with speed and professionalism</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assess each prospective student’s goals, background, and eligibility to identify the right program fit</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Guide students through every stage of the admissions process: inquiry, appointment setting, interview, application, documentation, and enrollment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Consistently meet and exceed enrollment KPIs, including outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion rates, application completion rates, and closing ratios</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proactively follow up with prospective students to keep momentum and resolve barriers to enrollment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate records of student application status and pipeline activity in the CRM</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community recruitment events</span></li>
</ul>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Stays organized, meets deadlines, and manages multiple priorities without dropping the ball</span></li>

<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications</span></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Education</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">High School Diploma or GED required</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Associate’s degree or higher preferred</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Experience</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience in sales or customer service with a record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for-profit) post-secondary educational setting preferred</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Skills</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new CRM and enrollment management systems</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Flexible availability for occasional evenings and one Saturday per month</span></li>

<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Location & Schedule</span></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Location: </strong>7251 W McCarty St, Indianapolis, IN 46241 (near Indianapolis International Airport)</span></p>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monday–Thursday: Two days from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and two days from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Saturday: One Saturday per month, or as organizational needs require</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Compensation: Up to $29.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.</span></h2>
