If so, we’d love to hear from you!    About the Role  We are seeking a results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled at guiding prospective students toward informed, life-changing academic decisions.  As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success. This dynamic role requires communication skills, a positive attitude, and delivery of exceptional service in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.  Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li> Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit</li> <li> Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process</li> <li> Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance </li> <li> Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up </li> <li> Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation</li> <li> Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs </li> </ul> Qualifications  <ul> <li> Education: </li> <li> High School Diploma or GED </li> <li> Associates' or higher degree preferred</li> <li> Experience: </li> <li> Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios  </li> <li> One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred</li> <li> Skill set:</li> <li> Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences</li> <li> Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li> Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems</li> <li> A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed</li> </ul> Benefits<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":0,"335559737":0,"335559738":80,"335559739":40,"335559740":279}">  We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package that supports your personal and professional well-being.
