You’ll clarify what matters, shape the end-to-end experience, and use <strong>AI-assisted development tools</strong> to move rapidly from ideas and workflows to sophisticated coded prototypes.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">This is a hands-on role at the intersection of <strong>experience strategy, product design, consulting, and software delivery</strong>. You’ll lead through the work itself: facilitating decisions, modeling complex systems, prototyping in code, creating implementation-ready context, and staying closely involved through production.</p> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Significant experience designing and delivering <strong>complex digital products</strong>, ideally within consulting, enterprise, B2B, or workflow-heavy environments.</li> <li>Strong foundations in <strong>product design, interaction design, information architecture, research, service design, accessibility, and design systems</strong>.</li> <li>A portfolio of shipped products demonstrating meaningful involvement from <strong>early product framing through production</strong>.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous business and user challenges into clear <strong>product models, workflows, priorities, and interfaces</strong>.</li> <li>Strong proficiency with <strong>Figma</strong> and modern prototyping approaches.</li> <li>Experience creating <strong>coded prototypes or production interfaces</strong> using HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as <strong>React</strong>.</li> <li>Fluency with <strong>AI-assisted development tools</strong> such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or comparable environments.</li> <li>Ability to create sophisticated interactive prototypes using real or representative data to validate product concepts with users and stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience designing complete workflows, considering <strong>roles, handoffs, data, permissions, exceptions, edge cases, and failure states</strong>.</li> <li>Working knowledge of <strong>component libraries, responsive design, APIs, data models, version control, and modern software delivery practices</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to translate experience intent into clear <strong>flows, behaviors, content guidance, accessibility requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation context</strong>.</li> <li>Experience structuring design and product decisions so they can be effectively consumed by both <strong>engineers and AI coding agents</strong>.</li> <li>Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams throughout <strong>implementation, design QA, release, and iteration</strong>.</li> <li>Strong facilitation, communication, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.</li> <li>Ability to communicate product and experience decisions confidently with both <strong>executive and technical audiences</strong>.</li> <li>Comfortable working visibly and iteratively with clients rather than relying on a traditional design handoff.</li> </ul> <h3>Bonus points:</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Experience taking <strong>AI-enabled or data-intensive products</strong> from concept through production.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>human-AI interaction</strong>, including oversight, confidence, escalation, transparency, and failure recovery.</li> <li>Ability to navigate an existing codebase and contribute <strong>production-quality frontend work</strong> when appropriate.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>agentic development workflows</strong> or designing context and specifications for AI coding agents.</li> <li>Experience using analytics, user feedback, and operational signals to continuously improve shipped products.</li> <li>Experience helping organizations adopt <strong>AI-enabled product, design, or delivery practices</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working across both <strong>greenfield and brownfield products</strong>, including internal and customer-facing experiences.</li> <li>Experience supporting client pursuits through rapid concepts and prototypes that make opportunities tangible early in the sales or discovery process.</li> </ul> <h3>You’ll Love:</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Turning ambiguous client challenges into clear, tangible, and buildable product experiences.</li> <li>Moving quickly from stakeholder conversations and workflows to <strong>working prototypes</strong>.</li> <li>Combining product strategy and experience design with hands-on technical experimentation.</li> <li>Using <strong>AI-assisted tools and coded prototyping</strong> to accelerate product discovery and delivery.</li> <li>Working directly with clients, engineers, product leaders, and users rather than operating as a downstream design function.</li> <li>Designing beyond individual screens to solve complete workflows, systems, and real-world operational challenges.</li> <li>Staying involved from early product shaping through implementation and production.</li> <li>Helping define new ways for designers, engineers, and AI tools to work together effectively.</li> </ul> <p>By joining our team, you’ll be part of a winning squad that plays to each other’s strengths and celebrates every success together.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
