<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="c6swdq" data-start="254" data-end="373">Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams via email and phone to support daily logistics operations.</li>
<li data-section-id="1u7ft55" data-start="374" data-end="481">Handle inbound orders and shipments from customers and agents, ensuring accurate and timely processing.</li>
<li data-section-id="1vjsv8m" data-start="482" data-end="586">Perform data entry, maintain and update Excel master files, and manage shipment records efficiently.</li>
<li data-section-id="1pwc3uq" data-start="587" data-end="675">Utilize in-house freight forwarding systems to process, track, and manage shipments.</li>
<li data-section-id="lgfuwc" data-start="978" data-end="1080">Ensure customer requirements are met by maintaining high service quality and operational accuracy.</li>
<li data-section-id="1j36jz6" data-start="1081" data-end="1187">Review freight charges and support financial processes, including AR/AP and freight payment reporting.</li>
<li data-section-id="1j36jz6" data-start="1081" data-end="1187">Organize and manage billing data, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and documentation.</li>
<li data-section-id="1bom26z" data-start="1188" data-end="1285">Prepare weekly and monthly reports on shipment performance, billing, and operational metrics.</li>
<li data-section-id="1bom26z" data-start="1188" data-end="1285">Troubleshoot operational issues during live shipments and coordinate solutions with relevant stakeholders.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Effective communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in using MS Excel and MS Outlook.</li>
<li>Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields is plus. </li>
<li>Bilingual proficiency in Korean is required.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong data-start="1760" data-end="1799">Preferred Education and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1760" data-end="1799">A High School Diploma or GED is required.</li>
<li data-start="1760" data-end="1799">Candidates from all experience levels are welcome, including those new to the field.</li>
</ul>

<p>The base salary range for this role is between <span class="collapsed-field-text">$50,000 - $55,000/ Salary</span>, depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills<strong>.</strong></p>
