Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Employment Type:&nbsp;</strong>Full Time</p> <p><strong><span class="ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">Shift E:&nbsp;</span></strong><span class="ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">Mon - Fri&nbsp;(8am ~ 5pm)</span><strong><br></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.<br>• Oversee and manage all aspects of rawmaterial warehouse operations, from receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.<br>• Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.<br>• Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.<br>• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of raw material stock levels.<br>• Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.<br>• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse technology and best practices.<br>• Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.<br>• Confirm and reconcile monthly inventory for the internal raw material warehouse, ensuring accuracy between physical stock and system records.<br>• Follow up on customer requests related to raw material inventory stored in the warehouse, providing timely updates, availability confirmations, and required documentation.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Warehouse MHE experience preferred</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred</li> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to multi-task</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office Products</li> <li>Proficiency in Korean is required&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
